Hi Readers, Its has been months where i was looking into visual media and print media and have been to many social gathering like concert, events, etc. General trend: Either it is Bollywood/Hollywood or any other wood from any part of this world. the scenarios are  always similar. This message is to our teenagers. Pal, we all follow these celebs even after knowing that this is all payed bullshit. everything is planned about their words. no any television reality show is real. it is all scripted. All the celebs either it is @Salman, @Shahrukh, @Amir, @Amitabh or @Akshay or anyone. they are all now in their 50's or 80's however by the grace of money, plastic surgery and hair transplant they all managed to look younger. and as they look younger and have money and so its all look inspiring/fascinating to most of us. look at their life when they were at our age and they made big blunders which was not good for a celebrity as millions of people follow them and now you know

Hi Readers, I have read and watch many blogs and videos. Also used many products available in visual media and promotional website who say you can loose weight in days and they focus on sweat i.e. the more you sweat the more you loose weight. They are all bogus blogs/videos/products. Key to loose weight is high metabolism and reduction in intake of calories. Many of us have put on a lot of weight in recent years and that is due majorly our laziness, high calorie intake, less physical work, high intake of hard drinks like Whisky, Rum, Vodka, etc. what not to do? 1. Avoid Rice, fried food, Alcohol. 2. Do not ignore ideal time of eating. 3. Do not sleep less than Six hours and that on time. 4. Do not smoke empty stomach. What to do? 1.
